Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Asparagus:
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 bunch of asparagus
1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the asparagus and trim the ends.
Cut the lemon in half.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they are tender.
Squeeze the lemon over the salmon and asparagus before serving.
